I reached a point where basically of my animations/interactions work is done without touching the code. The workflow looks roughly like this: - Start with /prototype to see a few different variants, tell it to use /animate for the right easing and timing. - Pick the variant you like and iterate on it. This is just asking the agent to correct/change some details. - Run a /prep-for-prod skill on it. This contains perf, a11y, and mobile checks. Since almost every “taste” decision related to animation has a logical reason, this can get you pretty far even when you don’t know much about motion.

Idea: The Codex app should have a "task board" tab that integrates with your team's ticket tracker (ClickUp, Jira, Linear) I just want a simple UI that syncs with my tickets and makes it easy to view what needs to be worked on next and kick off a chat from the ticket

Spent the weekend trying out Cloud agents. Report: 1. Cursor: - great experience getting set up and working - new projects feature is promising but the coordinator just gets in the way at the moment, I'm not using it - handoff from Linear works really nicely - can't bring personal Astra sub 2. Codex: - terrible. You have to do it on the web not in the app. - The iteration loop on just testing my setup scripts was so painful that I abandoned it before I got it working. - It didn't seem able to help me get set up, unlike the other two? 3. Amp: - Setup and testing was easy. - there's a bunch of nice features around browser testing (Cursor works, but it's a little clunky) - bring your own Astra subscription - The app is probably the nicest AI coding harness I've used. It's lovely. At the moment, I'm using Cursor for the majority of tasks that don't require Astra, and for the 20% that do, I'm in Amp.

Karri has to two operating modes from what I’ve seen. Obsessed with Linear and what we’re doing here, and a huge WoW nerd. This is also seen in our internal slack channels.
